Launch 021 helps first-time business buyers build a buyer profile and buy box, analyze business-for-sale listings, draft broker outreach, and prepare documents. Our tools use AI to organize what you tell us and publicly available listing details into analysis and guidance.
Everything the service produces, deal analysis, valuations, take-home estimates, and any guidance from "Atlas", is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and we are not your broker, advisor, lender, attorney, or accountant. Buying a business is a major decision: always do your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before signing an NDA, LOI, purchase agreement, or loan, or before sending money.
AI output can be incomplete or wrong, and listing data may be inaccurate or out of date. We work to ground analysis in your inputs and the listing and we tell you what we could not verify, but we do not guarantee accuracy. Verify all numbers independently.
Your buyer profile and buy box are free forever, and you can download them anytime. Some features are unlocked with one-time packages (for example a Deal Pack or the Full Toolkit). These are single payments, not subscriptions: there is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Prices may change with notice, and the price is always shown before you buy. See the Refund Policy.
Do not misuse the service: no automated scraping of the app, no reselling or sharing your account, no unlawful use, and no attempts to compromise security. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
When you submit a link, you direct us to fetch that specific page on your behalf so we can read its details for your analysis. You represent that you are entitled to access and share what you submit, and that you will comply with the terms of the source it comes from. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party listing site or marketplace; their names, content, and trademarks remain theirs, and your use of any link or data from them is subject to their terms. We make no warranty that any source permits this retrieval, and we may refuse or limit any source at any time.
You own the information you enter and the documents we generate for you, and may use them in your own search. We own the app and software. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs to provide the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for any business decision you make using the service, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of links or content you submit, or your misuse of the service.
