Everything we sell is a one-time purchase, for example a Deal Pack or the Full Toolkit. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and nothing to cancel.
If you have not yet used what you bought, message us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund it to your original payment method. Once a package has been used, for example you have run a paid analysis, generated your playbook, or built your financial statement, that purchase is non-refundable, because the work was already produced and delivered to you.
Message us through Help & Support with your account email. We typically process eligible refunds within a few business days.
If a paid analysis or document failed for a technical reason, tell us. We'll re-run it or make it right. We want you to feel the tool was worth it.
